Top Tips for Strengthening Your Immunity with Essential Oils

Right now, it seems like we’re living in a sci-fi movie. Walking down the streets of New York City with everyone in masks and acting like it’s normal…it’s just totally crazy.

So now we all want to know, what can we do to try and protect ourselves and our loved ones? Doing what we can to try and boost our immune systems may help us feel a small sense of control in this otherwise uncontrollable situation.

Many of us take extra Vitamin C or Zinc when we feel that we need a little something extra, because we understand that certain supplements can be helpful. As an essential oils expert and Certified Aromatherapist, I also turn to the therapeutic and medicinal benefits of Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils, which contain properties that are known to support our bodies’ immune systems. I am not saying they will prevent or cure any disease, but they may help our bodies to be a little stronger. Here are my go-to oils and overall top tips.

1.     OnGuard Protective Blend:  this amazing blend is germ-destroying and may be highly effective when it comes to helping keep our immune systems strong. I recommend using a few drops of OnGuard in a diffuser anytime day or night. I also love using it orally by putting 1-2 drops in a veggie cap and taking it with water. A great option for topical use it to apply it with a carrier oil, like Fractionated Coconut Oil, to the bottoms of your feet or even to the neck or chest, if someone is feeling a under the weather.

2.     Melissa essential oil, which is sometimes referred to as Lemon Balm oil, is a great oil to use for immune support. It is also known as a powerful cleansing agent, and definitely an oil I use if I’m worried about helping my body to fight something off. Melissa can be used just like OnGuard (or even in combination with OnGuard) in a veggie cap, and I like to use it under my tongue for an immune boost.

3.     Clove and Cinnamon together: Clove essential oil can be hugely beneficial for our immune systems. In fact, people talk all the time about incorporating certain fruits and veggies into our diets that are known to have high levels of antioxidants, like blueberries or broccoli. But what many people don’t know is that Clove actually has the highest antioxidant value of all! According to the USDA’s ORAC scale, blueberries are around 9600 and broccoli is at most around 2100, while Clove is at 290,283! You can use a drop or two of Clove essential oil in an empty veggie cap, and pop it down the hatch. PRO TIP: The OnGuard blend contains both of these oils.

4.     Copaiba essential oil is part of my daily routine, as studies have shown it may be helpful for any swelling in our bodies. Now you may wonder what this has to do with immune support, but here’s the thing…high levels of stress and anxiety can promote inflammation, which can then wreak havoc on our bodies, and in turn, weaken our immune system. It’s so important to try and manage your stress levels in order to maintain a healthy immune system, and Copaiba can be beneficial in that regard. 

5.     Tea Tree essential oil is another one that’s on repeat in our home, because it can also destroy germs. It can help purify our bodies, and can be used either topically or orally in a veggie cap. As noted briefly above, it’s ok to use several oils together in a veggie cap, and I have combined those discussed here to make it quick and easy.

In addition to my favorite essential oils to use for immune support, there are several other ways to help naturally support your immunity. Be sure you get enough sleep, try and exercise at least 15-30 minutes a day, eat more whole foods and fresh vegetables and drink more water. Personally, I also take high quality supplements, called Lifelong Vitality Pack, on a daily basis, to ensure I’m getting all of the proper vitamins, minerals and nutrients my body needs.

At the end of the day, we do have ways to help our bodies stay healthy and strong…it’s just a matter of doing them!

6 Steps to Activate Inner Wealth

Within every individual lies a seed of potentiality that their soul longs to birth forth and create in their lifetime. These potentials are the catalyst for ecological transformation within the individual, made manifest in the world. Through this sacred seed, the unique spirit of our essence gets to play and dance in the creation matrix of life. Yet, many individuals have forgotten how to live from their soul essence, and how to create from the spiritual blueprint encoded in their seed of destiny. 

We have watched as humans look outside themselves for their love needs, unconsciously seeking for ways to feel whole, special, loved, wanted, acknowledged, and seen. You have created a life and a global human culture where external goods have replaced the wealth of your spirit.

You run, run, run to the next thing, behaving like hungry ghosts, never slowing down long enough to notice yourself and the disastrous effects your behaviours create in your relationships and to your Earth. 

Still unquenched, unfulfilled, and longing, you create more sophisticated versions of the problem, by pushing, striving, and contorting yourself into manipulative behaviours to fit in with the status quo. You bought into the lie, shown to you by others, that you could feed the demons of inner lack, by acquiring enough material possessions, substances, technology, and relationship love. This method only creates piling mounts of financial and emotional debt, at the expense of your own self. The hungry ghosts you have become will never be satiated. You my dear humans are merely surviving at the expense of SOUL THRIVING. 

No relationship, career, house, or external thing can replace, replenish, or fulfill you. You were not made to gather and hoard resources at the expense of your relationship with your inner being. Nothing outside of you will ever replace the true source of you. For you are the Resource you are seeking to express in LIFE. All those external goods, people, and things are merely avenues to experience the nature of your inner wealth resource. 

If you require something outside to change or be different in order for you to feel joy, happiness, abundance, or security, then this is the evidence you are not living from your inner Resource, your Spirit. 

Yet, there is hope. You can always turn towards the light of your own inner being to seek the kingdom of heaven within. The foreign invader called COVID-19 is offering you the gift to transform how you have been living, creating a forced slowing of your hungry ghost ways. The thankless Mother Earth, exhausted and destroyed from being a tit to her unquenched children, has also been given a break. 

The ultimate Mother of all Mothers, Earth, has shown you the external consequences of your hungry ghost ways, through planetary changes. Those same effects are occurring inside your personal ecosystem, your physical and emotional body. You are not separate from Mother Earth, but are in direct relationship with her. She is mirroring back to you what is occurring inside the heart of humanity and its material driven culture. 

You are being given a reset. Now is your opportunity to activate the internal love, wealth, and supportive nourishment of your inner being, and ignite a reciprocal relationship with Mother Earth birthed from your inner fulfillment. This will ultimately create a healthy exchange of elements and goods that honors your true essence and activates a collective human race of Soul Thrivers. 

The following Six Step Soul Thriving Activation provides a practice to align you with your inner resource of wealth, creating the right conditions for your seed of destiny to burst forth. As you attune to this self, your intuitive compass will be the guide for your life aspirations to design your Soul Thriving Life.

Do this practice each morning, ideally implement it morning, noon, and night. Magic will begin to unfold in your life and the world will mirror back evidence of a healthy intimate relationship with your inner spirit. Eventually the Six Step Soul Thriving Activation will become a habit that can be implemented in one minute at any moment in your day. 

  1. Heart and Gut
    • Place a hand on your heart and another on the abdomen. Bring your attention to your breath and feel the rise and fall of your body as you breathe. Do this a minimum of five times with your eyes closed. Then release the intentional breathing and simply witness yourself and body breathing.
  2. Head to Heart
    • Move your awareness from the head by imagining the awareness sliding down your spinal column, to rest in the energetic heart space. 
  3. Activate 
    • Now think of something you would really love to have in your life. Perhaps it’s a healthy body, a loving relationship, or your dream career. Nothing is off limits.
    • Imagine you have already achieved the desire and you are living it right now. What do you feel as you are living this desire or dream? What qualities are you being in that situation? 
  4. Ignite
    • Now take those feelings from the vision and allow them to ignite and fill up your heart, seeing those feelings as a colorful energy growing inside of you. 
  5. Expand and Radiate
    • Expand and radiate those feeling qualities throughout your body. 
    • Radiate the energy beyond your body into the field around you. Now radiate that energy throughout your home, your neighborhood, your city, your state, your country, until it radiates across Mother Earth and beyond into our galaxy. 
  6. Center
    • Come back to your heart, breathe, and notice how you feel. This is a virtue quality of your infinite nature, of your spirit filling your soul. Notice you are the activator and choice maker of the feeling and being qualities. The feelings didn’t come from outside of you. They came from within. As you radiate those qualities, by universal law those same qualities will be radiated back to you.

What you should know if you’re pregnant during COVID 19

He made no attempt to wipe away his tears as I finished explaining one aspect of ancestral eye mapping: the timing of each parent’s experience of the pregnancy with their child. “Gestation” (From 5:00-5:30 in the left eye for the genetic mother and from 7:00-7:30 for the genetic father).
I see a marking quite often when a baby is conceived just prior to active duty in military families; or other couples who had a fear (or concern) about the timing of the conception. Like they woke up thinking, Oh no! What if I’m pregnant? or What if she’s pregnant?


Suddenly, that thought of I hope we’re not pregnant becomes the baby’s deepest cellular belief of “I hope we’re not pregnant with you” and a feeling of not being wanted. Later in life, when the parent tells their child, I love you, the child pulls back, saying No you don’t! or You don’t love me! or You didn’t want me!


If a parent could just say, “Wow – We had just lost a baby and the dr. had told us not to have sex for four weeks but a couple of weeks later, and a bottle of wine, we made you – I remember thinking, oh nuts – if we’re pregnant the dr. will know we didn’t listen.”
The same is true for the Mom’s story – and they are always different. Each parent has their own unique experience of the pregnancy, “I was so scared when I found out I was pregnant with you. I even thought of having an abortion; but the first time I felt you move and kick? Well, I never knew a greater love, and it’s been that way ever since.”


It’s difficult to imagine a parent telling their child (or teen, or even adult) that they considered having an abortion … and that’s where the problem starts. These very intuitive children can tell when information is missing, like “we didn’t want to be pregnant. It was too soon. We weren’t married. We were going to wait until after college” …In one session, the parents had smoked marijuana that night, and the mom woke up thinking, “Oh my God! What if I’m pregnant and the baby will be addicted to Marijuana?” She had never told the father, or the child this funny story that left the client with an irrational feeling of, “There’s something wrong with me.”
When information is missing, the child grows up feeling misplaced – like they weren’t wanted or their parents didn’t really love them, or there was something wrong with them, even if nothing could be further from the truth.


The retired admiral’s voice cracked a bit as he said, “Amy, you have to get this information out”. He stared blankly across the room, “We were in therapy for five years with our son… five years! and this conversation never came up.
The minute you said it, I knew this was our story. Our son could not hear “I love you”. Especially from me.


It’s true – I was furious when I found out my wife was pregnant – I had just become a Captain – she was supposed to be using birth control. Our son could not hear the words, “I love you,” no matter how many ways I said it or how often. The words just couldn’t reach him and I couldn’t imagine why he couldn’t “get it.” I never once thought back to how we didn’t want to be pregnant when we first found out. He just kept saying over and over, “you never wanted me.” He ended his life six years ago.”
The lump in my throat grew, “I’m so sorry, Sir.”


The challenge is, when that intuitive child feels that something is missing, it starts this weird level of distrust with their parents that is tough to conquer. They have this constant feeling of being lied to. It’s such a significant thing. Sometimes, with such disastrous consequences.
While I can’t explain how the mother’s and the father’s experience of their pregnancy shows up in the eyes, in countless ancestral eye mapping sessions, I confirm it over and over, a timeline from the pupil (conception) to the sclera – (the time of birth). Any major traumas, fears, or concerns imprint the timeline, such as an international pandemic happening, which makes them afraid to have a baby in a hospital.
When the client knows their family history, they can usually find an ancestor with the same story from two to four generations back.

When the signature in the iris starts from the time of conception, there has been some kind of fear or concern about the relationship between the two parents, or something about that night (be that a fight, a tornado, or forgetting to use a condom, or being sent on active duty, or smoking weed).
The tragic thing is, the situation almost never has anything to do with the infant. In this navy admiral’s case, he was headed out to sea. In another session, the mother got pregnant with an IUD in. In another, the father was nearly laid off from work at about six months into the pregnancy. He only told the mother five years later. She couldn’t believe her daughter would know that.


What’s consistent, is that both parent’s experience of the child’s pregnancy imprinted clearly on a timeline in the eyes, and that the full story had never been shared with the individual until they had an eye reading and asked their parent, “What happened when you were six months pregnant with me?” In most cases the parent had a surprisingly emotional reaction to the question, and were incredulous how their child knew to ask about the specific week of the marking in the iris.


In each case so far, the individual has come back, saying “That was so healing. I had no idea…”

From Conscious Consumer to One Mindful Planet

As a veteran TV producer, I learned early in my career how to research just about anything and everything, how to dig deeper, ask the right questions to uncover the often times hidden truth.

I knew about GMO’s before people were questioning them. I told everyone who would listen about the growth hormones in our livestock making us as unhealthy as the plumped up meat we were ingesting. I cut out gluten before it became trendy. I meditated, exercised, kept a gratitude journal, and was eating as healthy as possible. I was doing all I could to live a conscious and healthy life. But it wasn’t until I became a parent that I realized just how little I really knew about the world around me.

Becoming a parent is life changing, every person raising a child will agree to that. I expected little sleep, lots of diaper changes, and a halted social life. I was okay with all of that.

What I didn’t expect was the jolting wake up call regarding the potential toxins in everything my family consumed, touched, and surrounded ourselves with, from environmental considerations like the water we were drinking and the air we were breathing to simple aesthetic choices like the sheets we were sleeping on and the curtains being hung in the baby’s room.

It all started when I was researching organic, non-GMO baby formula that didn’t have arsenic in it. Yes…arsenic. It’s in most baby formulas including the organic ones, disguised as “organic brown-rice syrup”.[i] Insane right. Then I was searching for truly organic baby food, organic clothes, organic crib sheets and window curtains without the ever-toxic fire retardant substances in them.

I became a slave to the Internet, researching every company’s sourcing methods and stockholder allegiance, every ingredient in the food we bought, every product we use from our bathroom (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, beauty products, cleaning products, etc.) to our bedroom (sheets, curtains, pillows, rugs, furniture, etc.) and everything in between.

I was exhausted, spending my very little free time while my newborn was sleeping, scouring the Internet. I should have been showering or sleeping myself but I couldn’t. I was obsessed with learning all I could about the products we have here in the US and what they do to our minds, our bodies, and our environment. No sooner did I remove one toxic product from our house than I found another lurking somewhere I least expected.

As I researched and researched I found myself asking, why isn’t there a website that has all this information in one place? Why hasn’t someone created a website for people who are conscious of what they put into their bodies and fill their minds with, and are looking to make the world a better place for their children and grandchildren? I would find sites with interesting and mindful articles, a couple with great conscious media. You can even find organic, non-toxic, non-GMO, eco-friendly products if you search specifically for them, and you know exactly what you are looking for.

But there wasn’t one place. A hub, so to speak, that had it all in once place. A “go to” source for all things conscious, eco-friendly, green, organic, non-toxic, non-GMO. A space to learn, grow and share stories, modalities, products, and journeys with other mindful people; a conscious community of individuals who desire a better quality of life for themselves, their families, and their communities local and global.

So, as a seasoned television producer, one who loves a good story, knows how to research and seek out change agents, spiritual gurus, conscious coaches and teachers, experts who are devoting their lives to educate the masses, innovators and product developers who are making a difference, instead of waiting for someone else to do this, I would do this…for myself, my family, for you and your families, for all the families across the globe who are craving information and resources that are trusted, credible, and who always puts people’s health, wellness and the sustainability of our planet first before dollar signs.

I have always considered myself a student of life; ever seeking, ever learning, and always asking questions. I enjoy expanding and growing and I look forward to hearing from you, my new friends about how you live your life consciously, and what mindful practices center you, bring you more abundance and joy. Your Ancestors Have Waited Your Whole Life for this Moment

Imagine it’s 2014 and you are at your best friends wedding reception in the penthouse ballroom of a high-rise hotel. It’s noisy, and you want to practice your speech, so you go into the stairway for some privacy. You hear the click of the door and your stomach turns over as you think, uh-oh and you reach back for the door, only to discover the door is locked.


This is just one great example of an ancestral touch-point, where you are experiencing the same dynamics that happened to your ancestor, that you might know nothing about. Yet, your eyes have a unique mark at about the 10:00-10:30 position of your left eye and 1:00-1:30 in your right.


In the world craze of every kind of DNA test imaginable, is it possible you could find the treasure map of your ancestors in your eyes? Irigenics Ancestral Eye Reading is the study and creation of a map of the eyes in relation to ancestral experiences.


Our eyes are the only part of our body to be full-size at the time of birth. Irigenics takes a close look at ancestral gifts, talents, abilities, motivators, energetic patterns, and the repeat patterns of our life (that often initiate an emotional or traumatic response).


In this example, you had a great-grandparent in 1895 who snuck into the shed at a neighbor’s farm, when he was six-years-old, to escape the winter cold air. He couldn’t read the sign on the door, “Careful – Door won’t open from inside” He hadn’t consciously noticed the click of the door latching when he entered.


Trying everything to get the door open. He began yelling, Help! Let me out! Let me out! But the neighbors were gone to a party and didn’t get home until after he had fallen asleep, shivering in the cold. They found him in the morning, nearly comatose with hypothermia.


As we fast forward to 2014 to your best friends wedding, the chain of events that led to your great grandfather being locked in, are being repeated.

Desperately, you pull on the handle. Your mind races through scenarios of your best friend fuming, “where is she? She is supposed to be giving the first toast!” and you begin to yell, Hey somebody! Let me out! Help!!
In that moment, it’s as if you have entered a holographic time-tube back to the moment of your ancestor hearing the click of the shed door. It’s as though that little boys voice is inside of you yelling “Help! Help! Let me out!” but his words are coming through you, even if he had cried out those words in his language (or accent) of German or Italian, etc. The emotional rise is the same. Your body is having a matching physical, chemical and emotional response to the situation that says the click of a door can be a threat – a big one.


In that moment you can jump right into panic, and scream and yell to be let out, or you can pause for a moment, and pull out your cell phone to call the front desk to let you out of the stairway.


In our example, the dynamics of the story are the ‘ignoring the warning sign on the door”. The trigger is the “click” of the door, signaling that you have entered the danger zone. The ancestral touch-point is that moment of panic and realization that you are locked in. Your response either “refuels” the pattern (that it is still a threat to your genetic line) by grabbing the door and yelling; or you deflate the energy by using a tool of today, your cell phone, establishing that this scenario is no longer a threat.


The marking in “escape” is fairly common and usually involves the dialogue of Let me up! Let me go! or Let me out! The interpretation is always in the dynamics of the story. For another individual, their same markings in “escape” and “not being heard” may involve being locked in the shed by a sibling and their friends, laughing on the other side of the door. Another may reveal the dynamics of their ancestor hiding beneath a broken window in the war, while enemy soldiers passed by, holding their breath for fear that they would be discovered.


Give it a try for yourself. Think of a time in your life, when you screamed or yelled, Let me up! Let me go! or Let me out! (especially if the situation happened prior to age 8-10 years of age) as that’s usually the timeframe of the first situation of a repeat ancestral pattern. What were the dynamics of your story that led you to that emotional and physical response? It doesn’t matter if you are adopted or don’t know your ancestor’s stories. If it happened to you, it happened to them and it’s the dynamics of the story that will repeat.


This is the ongoing evolution of your own personal genetic line – what threatens you, personally, in comparison to your friends, colleagues, spouse, or even siblings (as each of us is threaded to different ancestors). Perhaps none of them has a trigger for the “click” of a door, but they have a trigger in regard to issues with their identity, which you don’t have.
Certain threats, like bloodletting by doctors, don’t exist anymore. Remember this is all about dynamics. An ancestors issue with identity at Ellis Island will return as your on-line identity issue when your social media gets hacked. Your emotional response determines if the situation is still a valid threat to your personal genetic line, or not.


What makes Irigenics ancestral eye reading more like cartography than pseudo-science is that the map is still being studied and created. The interpretations of the signature markings will be an ongoing study for many years.

Reframe Your Thoughts

Ask yourself, how do I talk to myself?

Do you believe that good health is hard to acquire? Don’t have enough time in the day? Do you think about what you can’t get done, or don’t have, or won’t accomplish today?

Often, we aren’t nearly as kind or compassionate with ourselves as we are with other people. Especially when we face our individual challenges, our mindset and internal dialog while we go through the issue IS the issue. Minor tweaks to the language we use when we are thinking and talking with ourselves and others can lead to major shifts in our productivity and prosperity.

The easiest way to turn around a litany of can’ts, don’ts, and won’ts? REFRAME it! Choose instead to practice thinking about what you GET to have.

I GET to eat foods that bring me energy.

I GET to drink healthy, clean water with lemon in it.

I GET to move my body.

I GET to choose organic.

I GET to take time for myself to consciously breathe.

GET it?

Every time you have a thought with the words can’t, don’t, or won’t, try to Reframe it.

“I don’t have time to get to the gym today” becomes “I GET to take the stairs at work and burn a few extra calories”

“I can’t afford to buy organic for my family on my salary” becomes “I GET to thoughtfully prepare a meal and consciously enjoy dinnertime with my loved ones”

Like anything, mindset is a practice. And the good news is we can change it with practice over time. We may have gotten really good at negative thinking from all those years of practice. We’ve become experts! So, now, if we want different results, we GET to practice being an optimist – we practice seeing and thinking about what we get to have and do. And the more we focus on that, the happier we feel; we are now in a state of gratitude. Gratitude is the vibration of receiving all the abundance that is already here. And when we practice receiving abundance, we are saying YES to more of that. It is a mindset. And it’s a practice worth pursuing.
